darn! bloody long since i last wrote anything here. anyway and anyhow, been busy lately, very busy.

the thing is, i have recently (not that recent) quit my job at Bloomingdale (the advert agency! not flower shop!!) as i've had enough of all the politics and BS frm colleagues and bosses. and since i've had AJP for quite some time, i guess its time to really work on it. its kinda of the make or break thinggy.

as of today, things are looking up slightly. just done with a corporate video. now i can stay afloat for the next 2 months. and last nite met a guy, a media owner, who says he is willing to work with me on certain projects and introduce me to some ppl. interesting, but aint putting my hopes to high. if it comes, i'm grateful, if it doesnt, oh well, fight another day.

as some of u might know, i have turned 30 this year. haih.... personal life has been the same as it was a year half ago. aint gonna get into it. the only happy thing that i could say for this year ,so far, is that i manage to get myself the HTC Diamond2!! yeay!! its totally great. prior to that i was using the HTC Touch and V8. then it was the Nokia E66 and V8.... now i've sold the E66 and bought the Diamond2. u wouldnt know wat u missing till u have tried it! oh ya. i still love my V8. would never sell it.

anyway, thats all for now. cant think of anything else. except, HAPPY FASTING PEPS!!

haih... pros & cons for the year. looking forward to 2009. yeay!! things so far has been reasonably alrite at bloomingdale, a lil bit shaky wit the gf, ajp still afloat (barely)....

its xmas today, things are moving so slow during holidays.... only thing thats fast going are the $$ coming out from your pockets... sad but true....

havent watched move for a very very very long time... i think the last was hancock... sheesshh... oh well ... plan to watch something soon. anyhow, have no idea watsoever to write right now. see ya!

oh crap.... gonna be 29 soon... next weekends... sheeeshh... just wondering, will this year be like any other year...

oh well, still waiting for a miracle to happen this year. it has yet materialised. career wise still got a long way.... ajp comm is doing average. guess now just gotta wait for father son business...

everyday wakes up at 10... work 2 hours a day... getting paid 1,500 a month... seems fair i guess.... oh well... gonna wake up t reality soon...

hmm... its been awhile since me wrote anything... more than a month... guess i've been a bit busy.... doing? i have no idea wat so ever...

let me think wat has happened so far..... quit tea break to concentrate on ajp... had fun briefly at pick n brew restaurant in one utama... awaiting to secure jobs frm CTRM and TPM... if i get those jobs, i can rest awhile till july... then can look forward to the Singapore trip (hopefully) and UK trip in september... gotta be a mule but its ok.....

things with my gf is not looking so good. i guess i've finally stand up... aahh.... will not elaborate on that. i'll let things be wat it is meant to be. if it happens, it will for a reason.

A New Dawn Arrives.......

heya guys.... some of you may know and some dont. i've left Fluorescent Squid and will be joining Tea-Break.... kinda cool eh? hehehehe... squid was a very very very malay company. and tea break is a very very chinese company..... i think it should be better at tea break (hopefully...). tomorow (3/3/08) will be my first day!! hahahahah.... yeay!! hmm... darn... not much choices for food during lunch though... mamak oni... crap.... maybe gonna look for vegetarian chap fun ar....

hmm.... 3 weeks to go... tick tock tick tock..... this coming weekend i'll be painting the apartment that i'll be moving in.... a week after will be cleaning at drilling... installing fan, aircond, water heater and probably kitchen cabinets...... only the week after i'll bring in the furnitures... bedroom set, sofa, tv, dvd player, office table.... those kinda stuff... plus clothes, and etc...... then hopefully by 29-30th this month or 5-6th april i'll be staying by myself....

oh ya... today when i was about to head to the gym, yes, i am going to the gym, i realised that my wallet is not with me. frantically searching for it, and only then it hit me. its wit esther.... OMG!! crap... didnt wan her family to find out this way... i called her straight away. but it was too late. her parents saw it already. and didnt say a word to esther... and thankfully, all my stuff is there... hehehe.... not that i dun trust them, just that afraid... u know that u can tell about a person frm its wallet (think so)....

so after gym, i went driving around town and etc without my wallet, which contains my IC, drivers license and etc.... only later in the afternoon i went to balakong to gt my wallet...

and due to this, esther is gonna talk to her parents next week...... (crossing my fingers)....... good timing though... my mom was kinda begging me to get married soon.... if possible, this year....... i wonder, is there a shop that i could get a wife... a real decent person..... who knows.... only time tells.....

aahh.... managed to sort things out wit my gf.... guess things are back to normal... hopefully both will learn frm the mistakes and try not to repeat it..... it is so stressfull to argue... dont u??

today went to my frens wedding at some temple in town... kinda interesting... never actually went to an indian wedding..... anyway, wishing anan & shasha a very happy life together.... i got to know them since we were in college... about 10 years now... crap! im getting old!! oh well.. think of as wine, the older it gets, the better it is.....

and lastly, to my dearest princess, i love u..... thank you.....

... valentines is just around the corner.... and seriously, my relationship is aint looking so good either...... i could never figure out wat is it that was so wrong in sending a new year msg to her parents.... i guess she saw it a wrong way.....

or could it be even her father forbids her to see me.....??? could be.... who knows.... she doesnt even tell me things.... will i be single this valentines?? or the opposite?? shit!! thinking of this really affecting me... couldnt sleep the whole night..... tried so many things .... wash face, count sheeps.... etc.... i guess i just gotta eat one of my medication to actually help me sleep.... hopefully i dun oversleep... got wedding to attend in about 4 hours...

hi guys.... happy 2008... its been awhile since i last wrote anything here..... been kinda busy with my new job.

hmm... kinda bored with my new job. thought when i resigned fm my last job, i would venture into something different. i guess i gotta wait n see wat will happen in the next couple of months.. i do have plans, wont say wat till it has materialised.

things with esther has been great. has been wonderful. she can be stubborn, but who isnt! hahaha... for example, my dear friend, megat, so stubborn... hahha... sorry dude, but u are!... but, thats wat made u for whom u are... hahahha....

tiring 2008... but gonna make things happen dis year... its my calling... gotta be the person i was born to be!.....

migraine still keep coming... mom keep bugging me to go for a scan.... argh.. not just yet... got things to do.... also, hopefully me moving out next month... need some peace n quiet....

oh well.... some say my blog is less interesting if i were to talk about food... okies then..... its been awhile..... so, here goes!

hmm.. where do i start??.. relationship? nah.... work first.... 1st of all, i'm currently unemployed. i've finally left OneMind Advertising......but fear not! i've got back up... not my gf la! or even my dad!.... i've been working on my freelance company for some time already... so, GJC is currently on hold (dun think wanna continue. troublesome).... and, my next target is and will be, PNS... not much profit.. but okie la.. also currently working on some logo design cum CI for a private company (how much do i charge for a logo design ar??).... i guess i've been lucky so far in career... thank God.... client has also been calling... wanting me to do some stuff for them.... things are looking up... just gotta work hard... really really hard... oh ya... i forgotten also to mention that, my last day was supposed to be 30th november... but my bosses let me go on 31st october... i just dun see the logic of it.... weird... oh well, at least they gonna pay my november salary... basically i'm on 1 month holiday... gaji jalan wor!! hahahahah... not forgetting my comission frm a big client.... another 80% of 1.5% (kinda crapy)... 1.5% seems small rite?? hell yea!! wat to do.. kawan punya pasal....

now that i've left, i pity those that i've left behind... specialy my gf, esther, liaw, te and harvey... the bosses not my concern.... i've advise, but they decided on keeping the production manager. eventhough his previous employer says he is a useless b*****d. bosses still keeping him bcoz he is old and cant find any other place to work... basically, OneMind is a charity house la.... get it! and i sure aint gonna taint my reputation just because of an idiot... quotation always wrong... delivery late... arrghh! i'm the one facing the client... hmm... past is past.... i'm over it... wont go back.... ever!...

ooppss... almost forgotten about relationship.... me and esther are doing fine... a few bumps here & there... but wat relationship doesnt.... we are still trying to understand each other.. not to say we dont... we do.. but just touching up a bit more... final touches..... my mom met esther (not formally) during the open house... my cousin realised she was my gf.... (that obvious??) .... my uncle dun mind.... he agrees.... with all this happening, my mom only gave me a piece of advise, "man, if she convert u get pahala.... but if u dump her and she converts back, dosa besar sgt. think properly"... appreciate it ..... i know... i understand...... wont jump to say "i do" if me and esther aint certain.... i'm just taking it one thing at a time... even though my mom still insist of me getting married this year.... (terigin cucu).... well mummy, i'll try... wont promise anything... but all i can promise is that, next year..... the least i can do and give to my parents.... my loving parents..... (cant believe i said dat!! dun tell my parents i said dat!!)....

heya guys..... last week went to Dave's to take some pix of the food there.... those who has been there would agree that the mushroom soup is great..... (order with some garlic bread-focacia bread).... other than that, for the cheese lovers, as promised, the 4 cheese pizza... quatro pizza.... there are blue cheese, cheddar, and i cant remember the other 2....

used to work there last time, when they werent selling any porks and even before TGI and BK was there.... isk... such a loooong time ago.... (i feel old)........

but 1 thing disappointed me though... i wanted to recommend the boneless chicken to some frens, only to find out that it is no longer in the menu.... sniff sniff... so sad..... oh ya... a word of advice. (didnt inform any of my frens dat day)..... i suggest u dont sit by the sofa..... especially the ladies..... as sometimes.... just sometimes.... u may get some unwanted "fren" (4 leg creature wit a loong tail) grazing your legs and u'll end up screaming your lungs out.... for those who thinks i might be crazy, take a sniff.... u'll smell it... u'll know.... it has been a problem since last time......

anyway... dats all bout daves.... for me, its still the best place to get lovely pasta & great pizza... regardless of the problems the have.... hehehe

La Vista, TTDI Plaza

heya there guys... i'm totally tired to write things about my personal life.... e.g: relationship especially.... not wanting unwanted person to read it.... so, most of the time, i'll write bout food and places of interest.... well, for the 1st time, and the start of something new..... here is....;

La Vista, TTDI Plaza (Plaza)... hmm.... the place looks kinda cosy... food reasonable priced. if those in search of something that is slightly above average place to have an italian evening, in a high class area, Plaza is the place...

With couple of cafes, pubs and club/s established and coming up in the area, it is the latest place to be in the Klang Valley. ok, enough of Plaza. Heading back to La Vista. Went there the other day with couple of friends to check out the place. All of us kaki makan (too bad "kak nor" is closed).... We love good food. Anyway, i had the beef cabonara, while the other 2 pasta i think was the roasted duck and the la vista pasta, which is filled with seafood. looks interesting. too bad i cant eat it as i'm allergic to it.

hmm..... rate the food? about the same as Pizza Uno, Centrepoint...... but my old time and forever number 1 italian reataurant is a place where i've worked before. Its not Italiannies.... its Dave's Pizza, Pasta & Vino, One Utama.... month end i'll be heading there and take a few snap shot..... oh ya... those wanting to head there earlier, i do recommend the "4 cheese pizza".... totally delish...... muaks .......

first and foremost, would love to wish all my dear muslim frens, selamat hari raya aidilfitri... and maaf zahir & batin....

hmm... its been a tiring weekends..... went back to penang/kedah on friday morning.. surprising, no traffic... there were cars, but no traffic... accept one near jelapang, due to an accident... apeda, drive carefully la! ....

while at my hometown, i decide to give out "ang pow" for the first time in so many years.... even my parents were shocked! hahahha... its time to give, dudes! cant bring wealth to the grave..... aarrghh... then, went back to kl on sunday afternoon... which is today.... tired like crap.... i feel soooo sleepy n tired... but gotta maintain... tomorrow meeting up with yours-trully, esther... miss her though.... eventhough the prob wit her mom aint settle yet.... dunno wat to do la.... i guess its part n parcell being wit an opposite religion..... FACE D FACT!!

oh ya.... i dunno if u guys know that i bought a new phone about a month ago... the latest motorola V8... kinda cool though.... pretty nice interface.. different than the other V series.... anyway... another unexpected twist dis year is that me got my bonus! yeay!!! but... though of doing something great... like buying for my gf a diamond ring and spending a night in westin... wanted to propose and gave her the ring.... but.... well.... with all the problems going on, i was blur and freaked....didnt know wat to do... moreover, cant stand with having cash .... so, me decided to get a new phone... the model is kinda old... but me like it... its the n95..... hahahahha... sorry guys... cant help it!!

the phone is kinda like a reminder, that we can plan things out, but in the end, God has the final say..... we'll see wat happens at my gf's home..... money is never an issue. there is always ways to find money.... even if u beg by the road side, u can still earn a cool RM50-RM80 a day... wat more can u ask for... some more no deduction!!

if u are wondering why i just dun save the cash, or settle my CC bills, its just me.... if life without debt is kinda bored.... just imagine, u get money, dunno wat to do wit it... some might say, spend like a king.... well, i aint no king... i like living on the fast lane & wit challenges... kinda thrilling though... thinking bills to pay, etc...

a fren of mine was saying, maybe she, my gf, wanting me to fight for her n approach her parents regarding my intentions... but my gf forbids it... she wants to talk to them first... oh well.. i understand eventhing on everyones view... my frens wants me to fight for it.... at the same time, i realised that my gf is still thinking over the possibility of marrying me next year... she just aint ready for it.....as wat she told me...... BUT.... my argument is this.... HOW would u know u're ready for it till u've gone thru it??? i didnt know growing up means u gotta pay bills, etc.... when everybody was young, everyone wanted to grow older.... now that everyone is older, u guys wanna be a kid again.... sshheesshh! make up your mind! life is wat it is!.....

finally..... played futsal after sooooooooooooo long.... had fun though.... more over we played at One U, Padang... which is owned by a school friend of us..... only down thing i didnt actually like was that it is used artificial grass..... all the irritating rubber goes into places where it wasnt supposed to....

wat else ar?? oh ya.... 2 of my designers "died"..... 1 was hit at the balls... while the other was hit at the throat..... hmm.... balls and throat?? interesting.....

hmm..... tiring day overall...... die... dying..... dead!

la la la.... its 4th of october and its getting closer to Hari Raya Aidilfitri.... yea! but weird thing is that in few months time, december i think, Hari Raya Haj is next... balik kampung again?? isk... really malas la..... very mafan to go thru traffic... oh well... once / twice a year....

went to pavillion kl again... this time bought some stuff (i've been shopping too much la).... belt frm G2K, ADIDAS (my gf paid) and Topshop (gf paid for this too)...... and not forgetting my dear stressful and always "high" designer cum childhood buddy, fariz @ maggotz, bought J.Co donut for him... (u owe me dude!!).....

hmm ... think so going there again la.... got couple of vouchers to shop at pavillion... the pasta shop behind J.Co donuts seems reasonable.... cant try it yet as its fasting month...

aarrgh.... hate coming back to the office after meeting clients.... it is so... bodoh.. nuff said..... my production guy is a retard, one of the bosses is a wimp, another is childish...... dunno la... wanna leave and start my own (not to say i havent.. hehehe).... if not, go back to F&B lor... nice wat... save loads of $$.. no worries about making calls to clients (my phone bill a month is between 800-1,000).... save parking money (average a month is 300) .. toll is the madness! (250 a month) and lastly, petrol... its like 400 a month.... die dying died... hahaha..... while working in a restaurant saves all this... food is free... !! no need to drive around town just to polish some bad apples... aarrggh..... oh well... here's to all that knows wat i'm talking about............

hmm.... a tiring day to begin with.... have no idea how the hell the alarm clock rang at 8.00.... thinking that it was 8.30, i took my bath and got ready to work... only to find out that it was still around 8.12... so, i decided to get couple of zzzz before heading to work... then woke up at 8.40 and headed to work....

arrived at work, feeling sleepy n tired... arrggh! some more gotta send all this chocolates gift to all my clients..... in the end, decided to head to only to places, PNS and MMC... after sending those stuff, took a detour to KL Pavillion... that place is HUGE!... and so many places to eat *yum* *yum*... and shop $$.......

later, after drooling at pavillion, me headed to The Curve... looking for a pair of shoes.... my shoes are worn out.. ive been wearing the same shoe for my f&b job and my day job for the past 2 years... just imagine..! ... and to my misery, no nice shoes there....

lastly, headed to my 1U (there is no other place like 1U)..... went around at couple of shops couldnt find any... then headed to urbano (i think la)... got a pair frm primavera.... ok la... 200+ ... oh well... thats gonna last another year..... and somehow or rather, i wanted to get a new wallet... wanted something different... i remembered my gf saying that its ok... its okie for me to get one... so i decided to do so... hehehe.... and finally after much browsing thru around, got one frm braun buffel..........

overall, a good day... but still uncertain about tomorrow.... we'll just see how..... i guess just start the day with sending the chocolates to the balance of my clients............

aah.... so la tired to work.... specially when you are not happy with the place that you are working.... currently working as an Account Manager @ OneMind Advertising.... thinking of quiting... eer... not thinking... i will... but timing.... should i or shouldn't i? so hard la....

oh well, i'm not worried.. there is always a back up plan.... hehehe...... freelance, consultant, penganggur terhormat.... hahahha.....

dunno la... see la after raya how thing goes... unless they meet my demands, then adios!

hmm... not such a good day to begin with... about to prepare to head out for an evening wit my gf... only to find out at the 11th hour dat she is not allowed to go out.... as in with me!...

reason being i'm a muslim.... and a malay...WTF!... i guess i'm not the only one that goes thru dis..... pity my gf... i really do feel for her.... was it my fault to make her fall for me? sniff.... another reason is that, her relative (that converted), the husband married another.... isk...her mom afraid i'll do the same.... for someone elses mistake, others has to suffer....

some more her mom sat by the entrance to make sure my gf cant get out.... isk... why cant parents let things be.... i know that parents are responsible for the safety of their children, but isnt this too much?.....

wat am i to do?? she works with me.. must i or her resign?.... is this a test? aarrggh! do i stand up n fight??

i cant just cant be her without her parents consent... just not my way of doing things..... i luv her.... but will do it the right way......

kinda stressful thinking of work... till now, at 2am, still working.... aarrgghh.... oh well, no pain, no gain.... luckily me & my designer still doing wat we do for the sake of $$... need dough to survive.... anyway, thank you to Gloria Jeans Coffee, me & my designer is doing okie for the time being. but want more!!

oh darn, now gotta find more new clients... gotta build up my company. working hard to achieve greatness........
